Dried out!! Very disappointed!!
Dried out!! Lipstick is dried out and can not use. I am very disappointed! I ordered two different shades and the other one was fine. This one may have actually been used! I started a return, but hate returning things!! So I guess I will be out $20!! Very disappointed!!
