Ottimo acquisto.

Clear as day and great build, what more can you ask for with a product this price... Excellent
Having started going out for walks more often now due to the current climate I decided to invest in some binoculars to enjoy the outdoors more.Having previously bought an Apexel product and being satisfied I didn't to try out the binoculars as I found them really reasonably priced. When they arrived, I really didn't expect what I got. The product has a real solid feel about it from the minute you take it out of the box, got a real good weight to it which I find helps keeping it steady and doesn't feel flimsy at all.The actual zoom and clarity on the binoculars are excellent and ease to adjust, bought with a idea of what I wanted in mind but these surpassed it with the quality and price. It started as a bit of something different buying a product from this company but actually their products are excellent especially considering the price.

Good for the price: close focus ability is lacking.
APEXEL 10X25 Compact Binoculars ... BAK 4 Roof Prism FMCThis is reviewed in late November 2022. This is the first review of the new model, with parallel cylindrical tubes (roof prism). All other reviews are for a previous model, whose front lenses are much closer together than the eyepieces (reverse porro prism design).First priority: THESE DO NOT FOCUS CLOSE. There is potentially a great focussing range: 1.5 turns of a ~22mm dia metal knob with a knurled rubber cover, moving the front objective lenses ~4mm smoothly, with no sloppy backlash (lost motion). One finger is enough.I would therefore expect nearest focus of about 3 to 5 metres, but my normal eye gives about 10 metres. This will be frustrating for 'garden birds'.BUT almost all of the focus range is BEYOND INFINITY: someone far-sighted may not be able to focus at all on anything, without spectacles. I shall try these with my reading-glasses!I initially noticed the objectives were deeply set inside the tubes, nearly 10mm back from the front. This can be good against flare or stray light, like a camera lens hood shade, but the tubes could have been made shorter, for 'compactness'.But the listing photos and videos do not show this. I wonder if there has been an error in manufacturing assembly, and whether it can be fixed? (Moving the lenses outwards focuses closer.)On the other hand, there is no claimed specification for closest focus, so perhaps this is an unavoidable known limitation? The design is described as folding or collapsible, but that is just a way of describing the hinge common to all binoculars. If 'folded', it is only slightly narrower, but taller. The supplied case will hold it flat, folded or adjusted to match your eyes' separation (which is best). The hinge is stiff enough to keep the correct hinge angle, even if you lean on it in the case, which has a belt-loop. See the video in the listing for a 'folding' animation. The ergonomic design is the latest 'open hinge' or 'open bridge' style, which makes them look modern, expensive and stylish. The open frame should make them easy to grip, but you would need really tiny hands in EU terms to fit two fingers between the bridges. Great for kids! There is no logo, which means the maker probably hopes to supply through many sellers. There is a small oval where a badge could be moulded, printed or glued, but none is present.Technical discrepancies. Some OTHER sellers of binoculars are notorious for exaggerated claims: the infamous "40X60" looks like a high specification, but is really just a model name from a random allocation of numbers and letters, as meaningless as "EaGLe".- In this case, I don't mind if "10x" actually measures as nearer 8x: they will be brighter, less wobbly and easier to use.- "Fully multicoated" is a "stretch": some WHITE reflections of a lamp are visible in lenses at both ends, and in flat prism surfaces. I would say outer surfaces are coated. First impressions are that spurious reflections are not severe, but we have yet to see daylight: I will update. There will be some loss of light, which 10x25s really miss. These are not ideal for low light, but I am old enough not to be able to benefit from real low-light bins: at 60 years old, my eyes only open to <5mm, not 7mm pupils of youngsters. Good coatings would have helped ME more than 8x56s, but we must bear in mind these are VERY low priced. Other sellers try to rip you off for generic 1970s designs of 10x25s (ASIN B0B6QMYTX5 for £229!). Or even something very like the old model in old reviews here for >£500! Some "optimism" is only to be humanly expected. Also note premium brands don't always coat every surface: Pentax Papilio Mk1; Nikon Travelite Mk2 ...- Field of view has conflicting spec in the listing. The text says "306ft/1000yds", image says "273ft" which is more believable. Another seller offers identical-looking bins (for £51 !) as 5.2 degrees field-of-view, which agrees with 273ft.Is OK.- Listing data: "Exit pupil 25 Millimetres" No, 2.5mm!- Weight : 249g? 0.6 pounds=272g? (800g? Other seller!) Includes strap and packaging. Subjectively, they are nearly as light as Nikon Travelite Mk2 7x20, which are plastic: these are partly-rubber-armoured aluminium? No lens caps supplied, but for many users, that will be acceptable. At this price, they are expendable ... they are not precious, they are for the car glove-box, rough sports, children etc. Lens hoods get in the way or get lost.I have yet to try them in daylight or with spectacles, but contrast, sharpness and field-flatness look good, so far.I would really like to see 8x24 and 6x22 versions! The Apexel 6x20 BAK-4 monocular B09FPBP9WC is great: fully multicoated ...Other seller adds data (unconfirmed):Minimum focusing distance. 5.0mEye width (IPD): 58-72mm

Luminoso
