A very versatile pan but it does get scratched
I've had this pan for a year now and I use it almost every day. I do love it, it is so versatile it became my "go-to" pan. Be it a stew, frying pork chops, eggs, even bacon. It's great for bacon as the splatter is more contained due to the high sides. To me having a lid for a large pan is essential. I can keep the splatter down, keep the moisture in the food and get the tops of my sunny side up eggs to cook faster! The only downside is that browning does still stick (often I use a little Barkeeper's Friend to clean) and after a year the pan does have a number of scratches even though we use bamboo and silicone spatulas. No coating has chipped off yet, so I hope to get another year of use out of it.

Michaelangelo Skillet
Have several Michaelangelo cookware. Love them. Washes up nicely and cooks evenly.

Handles hold water- Easy to clean, but hard to dry!
After the first washing, I noticed water all over the counter and inside the pan with the lid on. I thought I had dried them well but water was held in the handles which then dripped out.Cooking oil runs off to the sides. The copper coating is lovely but there were two spots that were not coated. It is not as heavy as my last pan which is great and the price was very reasonable.

not flat
the floor of pan is domed upwards, when cooking any liquid added forms a moat around edge. very poor for an expensive pan.

Started to stick, can’t even make eggs
For the first months, this pan was wonderful. Then out of nowhere a little spot seemed to lose its non-stick properties. Then more spots, and bigger areas and now I can’t ever cook eggs without breaking the yolk.Always used sylicone tools, never any bones, metal ustensiles or dishwasher trips.Very disappointing considering the price for one pan. I love to cook, but I now hate cooking with this pan and I gave my old one away. :(
