Not The Same Universal Board You Expect To Receive
Very disappointed with this item. The thickness of the base is 50% less than the standard Lego bases, not as robust. Also you are unable to attach bricks to the underside of the base. Never though a company as well known as Lego would deceive buyers in to buying what is expected to be a standard universal product, when it isn't. The price is high for a standard universal board, to pay that price for a inferior product is extortionate.

How is this £7 normally!
Well... Got this on prime for £3.50. I would expect this to be 99p at most. How can they list it at £7 normally. It's just a tad bit bigger than one hand of an adult.Ridiculous price. Also it's about the same thickness as an A4 piece of paper and came in a box big enough to hold 26 DVD cases (I tried purely out of disbelief).Come on amazon up your game!

Bendy, cheap feeling, overpriced plastic.
I was surprised when this item arrived that it was not the thickness or type I expected. Having opted for genuine Lego which retails at around £10 I didn't do too much reading about the specification. This Lego is single sided and can only be used as a base. At the price this retails I assumed it was the usual style of flat piece that you find in Lego but was called a "base" board due to the dimensions of it.As the board is thinner than expected there is much more flex than I was expecting.I have previously bought non-branded replicas of these base boards there is no discernible difference in quality, especially when you consider you could have 5 replica boards for the same price as this board retails at.

Needs to be a little cheaper
These are great when building houses or creating displays for your Lego but I have knocked a star off for each stat as they are not as sturdy or durable as they were when I was younger and I think the RRP should be £5.£8 is a little steep which is why I only buy on offer.Kids have a few of these now and when they put 4 together and build a large house they have to be careful lifting it as the boards aren't very strong if not supported in the centre.Still a great buy for Lego lovers

Different colour from old green baseplates
I had done research and knew that the newer lego nameplates were a slightly different shade of green to the ones when I was a kid, but the photos here make it look closer to the old ones than it actually is. This one is a bit too light a green really. Other than that, it's a base plate - it does what it says on the tin

Lego classic extra large base plates.
Value for money and sturdiness and thickness for the job: We made a Lego table for granddaughters. They absolutely loved it.

Indestructible.
Difficult to complain about Lego. Incredibly hard-wearing and can be passed from child to child, probably down the generations. The base plates do not flex or bend, remaining robust and supportive even as models are carried around the house and up and down stairs. Indestructible and a key ingredient for free-style play.

Lego bace board
It's OK but thinner that the lego boards u get in your classic lego box so u have to over lap the baces to make it bigger as just trying to use a brick to dick them together doesn't work and it's a little bit smaller than I expected but at least the lego does stick to the board
