Each package includes: 1 glazed glass dispenser with clear Windows (appx. 2.5 gal capacity), 1 high quality no-drip Tomlinson faucet, 1 plastic protection ring. Faucet installation: one washer on each side of the glass wall. Additionally, the pointy side of the washer has to face inward of the faucet opening area. Customer made me pay for return. I think the gass quality will keep water warm and could increase the bacteria in the water after a few days. The clay or terracotta is a natural stone which maintain water cooler. To the contrary glass keeps water at room temperature or warmer.
