The first time iv used the product and its caught fire.! the iron case and candle! my children were in the front room where it was!!!!! good job i was able to get it out! i have burnt my hand!

Great scent and well worth the money!
LOVED THE SCENT AND LENGTH OF TIME THEY BURNED FOR.Hate to put a negative on such a good product but there needs to be clearer warnings in the instructions on using safely. In particular on making sure tea candles bought to go inside are the shorter ones rather than longer (tea candles come in two depths).Didn’t see anything of such in the instructions when I open it. If there is warning it’s needs to be in BOLD.

Resins no good
Resin does not burn. No smell what so ever other actually bringing out of packet.

Make sure you buy the version with a SIDE hole to insert tea light
Flawed. The version of this I bought from Amazon (made by Aromafume) is accessible only from the top. Chances are you will be using a cigarette lighter to light the tea light, which you then have to lower into the holder from the top - good luck with not burning your fingers (I did, twice). Stupid design.A friend also bought me one of these for Christmas (also from the same manufacturer, Aromafume). Much better - it has a side hole big enough for you to insert your tealight after it has been lit.Check out my photo showing both of these together, there's also a cigarette lighter & mug in the photo just to show the sense of scale.I love the smell of Frankincense, however, the sample bricks of Copal, Myrr & Frankincense pretty much all smell the same, they're okay, I'm just a tad disappointed.I honestly think it's going to be put away once the samples are used up, I'll probable end up buying actual lumps of Frankincense and charcoal to burn. Amazing!!!
The media could not be loaded. Amazing product I came across it by accident and liked the look of it.I use insence sticks usually and I find there smokey not great with little around yet I love my home to smell lovely.Ordered this, came with X2 packs of 8 blocksX1 candle.I lit right away and the scent is lively and strong and fills the house. Definitely be getting other blocks .Be interesting to see how long 1 block lasts
