Nikko Stirling target master A+
I went out on a limb purchasing this scope without many reviews on the net for them, but I found that you can often find these mounted on Howa rifles. The Howa rifles are pretty well made rifles, and I used logic that the manufacturer would at least put a half way decent scope on this rifle. With that said, the scope is a great looking piece of equipment with great adjustment, and features. The glass is quite clear, and although I have never used a high end scope that costs big bucks, I am impressed with the quality of the glass and adjustment on this scope. The image is clear at all power ranges, and the illuminated reticle is a nice feature, although not really necessary in my opinion. I haven't had to chance to see how it holds zero, but I have read a couple of reviews on the 10-50 power model on a different site that it holds zero very well. This line of scopes are rated for airguns which can actually be harder on a scope because of the springs they use, and I expect this will hold zero with no problem on my .308. I will update this review in several months if I lose zero. I think this is a good scope for the money spent.
