The flavor is really good lemon citrus. I do prefer with mayonnaise and I use a whipped low calorie just to help with keeping the tuna moist and compact so it is easier to swallow! Very easy to prepare and very yummy!Goes great with a salad as well. Easy to open and a great source of protein. Definitely would recommend anyone looking for a quick snack!

Disappointed. There was a faint taste similar to canned tuna. Raised close to fresh seafood, it hard to be pleased with that taste. Plain didn’t have that taste. I tried 3 of the flavored lunch packages and they all had that taste in addition to the flavors. If you enjoy canned tuna, you will find this completely acceptable.

I really liked this tuna, it has a great lemon pepper flavor and is so handy for lunch at work. The pouches keep it fresh and I don't need a can opener.
