I went into this cleanse expecting it would taste terrible and I would be incredibly hungry since my plan was to eat a vegan diet during this time. I added the packet to a 16oz water bottle that I drank a couple oz out of to give me room to shake it. If you shake it well and shake as you go (between sips) it mixes well and has a nice taste. Also, even with only 50 calories a pack, it's very filling. I will order again.

Take my advice and mix this with OJ not milk! I had to hold my nose to drink it with milk.However It did suffice my appetite and give me energy, so I don't guess the taste actually matters

I bought this as something to try to cleanse myself of all the really bad junk food and alcohol I ate during the holiday season. This comes with 9 packets that are convenient for on the go and easy to open. Mixing this is an on going thing. I have tried it with milk (which seems to taste best, but I'll get to that) and you have to always stir it every time you go for a drink. You can see though a clear glass it separates and sits on top of the milk. It looks very sludgy after it sits around as well so always mix.It does have a lot of good for you ingredients in every pack all of which are good for you and your body. Sensitive stomachs may want to do this over a longer period of time instead of 3 days. You do pee a lot and while not completely uncomfortable, this did make me have to find a nearby toilet to poop. I didn't have to rush, but waiting around would not have been a good idea, and that was just after one packet. Do what works best for your body because this will clean you out. So in that regard, it does its job.The taste is something interesting. Starting off, it is not that bad, but the after taste leaves something to be desired. I find it tastes best, meaning tolerable, with milk. The milk helps dilute the indescribable weird after taste.In the end this does clean you out and it is made with very healthy ingredients. The price is ok, I wish however, that it came with more packets included. This seems to be no better or worse than other cleanses I've seen.

I purchased this for my daughter because she wanted to try a juice fast. She HATED IT and she loves orange juice. I tried it and it was DISGUSTING! What a waste of money! Sorry, I will not order anything from you again as will I disuade anyone I know from ordering from your company. I'm sorry.

I really enjoyed how this product tasted but to be on this juice fast alone you have to have tremendous will power. The powder mixes well with water but with 1 pouch it comes out very watery. Still taste great though.

I decided to take this as part of a liquid diet for a few days. The taste and smell are tolerable. It's gritty in texture. I didn't find the juice filling nor do I feel particularly detoxed. At best, it's ok. I wouldn't recommend it but I wouldn't advise against it either. It did help with my bloating so there's that. I'd give it 3 stars except that from the minute I finished the first drink I had a headache. I wasn't even hungry yet as it was still early in the day and I rarely eat before 10am. I kept a mild headache the entire time.

Taking a cleanse for only three days is a very convenient idea. And it works very well .Thank you
