It is a beginner s book.

Short and sweet. Gives a basic understanding of double entry, P&L and common equations and terms used . With easy to follow worked examples. I liked it.

Easy to understand - well written and lots of great examples to work through

If starting out to study Accounting this book will give basic insight. If you are registered with AAT and Kaplan this book is to basic.

The book lays the valuable groundwork that will lead onto further developing broader monetary theories, concepts and principles and accounting practices. This book helps to understand the vital roles played in businesses. As the titles says it is a guide book for beginners, with little or no knowledge it is a good enough book to start with and grow from there.

For a new comer to book keeping this is a very straight forward guide to start your sometimes difficult work
