These are very good and make wearing your dentures more comfortable and providing a good seal to prevent pieces of food etc under your denture

They work.
They certainly do the job better than the paste varieties but they are not easy to prepare and fit. I managed this by making a plastic template of my denture then using that to cut them to shape.

USELESS FOR EATING
I usually use Polygrip but tried this product to avert all the paste residue from Polygrip.Three hours after inserting my upper dentures with SEABOND I tried to eat a cheeseburger, my dentures were moving around loose during the eating process so I had to give up !SEABOND are fine for smiling BUT pretty useless for eating. Going back to Polygrip.
