Mold Armor FG503 E-Z House Wash, 1-Gallon, 1 Gallon, 128 Fl Oz

This a great product and worked exactly as advertised. It totally cleaned the back of my home's vinyl siding that never gets sun and had a lot of mold build up over the last several years. Spray it on, wait and rinse off.Perfect product with little work and great results.

After receiving a quote to pressure wash my house that was higher than the cost of a pro-sumer level pressure washer I decided I was going to buy a pressure washer and do it myself. In my research, I ran across this product with good reviews (and no need for a pressure washer!) so I decided to give it a try. I started with the smaller containers that attach to the garden hose and washed a section of siding to test it. I was amazed at just how well this stuff worked. That first section did have some pretty bad mold stains and took two passes to make it shiny and new looking but the rest of the house only took a single application. It worked great! My carport ceiling and front porch overhang tend to get mold build-up as well so I decided to get this gallon jug and use a sprayer as the I figured it would be easier for spraying straight up. At full strength this stuff removed every bit of the discoloration before I could even spray it off! I did end up diluting it as it quickly became obvious I was going to run out before finishing. With it diluted, I did have to do some light scrubbing with a brush but this took very little effort. Both days that I did this were pretty hot outside - which was good because I hosed myself off when the wind would carry the mist back down on me. I did wear eye protection and it's probably a good idea to wear some type of breathing protection if you're in a smaller space like a carport using at full strength. I didn't and only caught a few strong whiffs when the wind subsided but had no ill effects. I was also careful to spray the nearby plants with water before and after application per the included directions. I am very satisfied with the results and will definitely be buying again when needed!

This product did an excellent job. We tried other products and none of them close to what this one can do. House has never been this clean since we bought it.

Definitely surprised me on how well it worked. Removed the green tree residue off my siding with no scrubbing or high powered pressure washer. Sprayed on with a pump sprayer left for 5-10mins and rinsed right off. Extremely satisfied with results! Does have a bleach base will damage clothes.

I liked the fact that the product worked as expected. I feel the product is quite expensive considering its only active ingredient is household bleach. I think I would just make my own solution next time.
