Never thought that I would be so pleased to purchase this. I decided to write a review after a year of using it. All my family loves sleeping in our bed now, lol))) very comfortable, you enjoy your sleep, its supportive as it was written about. no more back pain, that's really true. For me personally and my family members it really true. Give yourself a try if you are looking for something not too expensive but worth the money. As I live in an apartment I was looking for something unexpensive and easy to move with.

We didn’t want to go to the store to shop for a mattress, so we decided on taking the risk and buying one online. We first bought another brand off Amazon that was horrible- never inflated properly, dents on the sides, just terrible. Didn’t go with the Zinus brand due to all the claims of fiberglass and even a lawsuit against them for this reason. Soooo we thought we’d go with Serta, a well-known, trusted brand and I’m SO GLAD WE DID! The mattress fully inflated within less than a day and once we got to finally sleep on if we had the best night’s sleep in a loooong time. No pain, no discomforts no complaints! I highly recommend it after searching for days for the right one that wouldn’t break the bank.

I bought it for my granddaughter's dorm bed. It seems of good quality. She's happy, so I'm happy.

I kind of blindly bought this. I was unsure of what type of mattress to get, and after telling the salesperson who was following me around a local store that I just wanted to look on my own they were really relentless. I obviously left without purchasing anything from them and decided to just go with this because it had good reviews and I didn’t have someone talking at me the whole time I was trying to make a decision. It’s not a bad bed at all, just more firm than expected.

For my Spouse's dreamland, it replaced a ten year old mattress that had seen better days. We decided, with my coaxing, to buy the Serta brand for a little more assurance that the product would meet expectations and, importantly, her comfort needs. She is delighted and so am I. This mattress is not particularly heavy, and easy for an older gent to wrestle into the frame, so that in itself was a big plus. In my wife's very cool suite, full inflation out to the last corner took almost two full days, but she was able to sleep well enough after it being out of the wrapper only about 8 hours. Form does not stay well. There is literally a bump in between where me and my husband sleep. It is quite uncomfortable. Basically a waste of money. My mattress is not even a year old.

It’s comfortable and mid firm . I let it sit out maybe 4 or 5 days after removing the vacuum seal. I think it’s best to do that so it reaches the 9 inches

Oddly enough, we loved the first one we bought. We bought it for our camper and we think it is the most comfortabe mattress we have ever slept on. We scoped out the exact same mattress here on Amazon to purchase for our cabin. The packaging and everything was the same. But, this mattress is different somehow and no where near as comfortable as the first one exactly the same that we already own. Why are they different? I have no clue, but this one is not at all the same. Returning a mattress that comes in a box all "deflated" is a problem for us, what do you do? I guess we put up with it. I wrote the manufacturer and they passed it along to the retailer. Now I am stuck with it? I don't know.
