This is a quality product, it works very well even under extreme accidents. Very comfortable to wear, no different feel than any other underwear.Being a cancer survivor one of the side effects of all the meds etc has been the lost of control at night. Doctors don't offer any help they state "Liquids in, liquids out!" great doc, thanks for the reminder, NOT!When I found this product after going through the embarrassment of slipping on Depends, Men's fit etc, at $15 a box of 10, just throwing away money, which is understandable to some that part is easier, with no cleaning them etc, but if you use depends, your wearing a thick plastic diaper that shows and sags and is very uncomfortable. These are very comfortable and look, fit and feel great.OK, a couple of things that I think that can be improved, the padding doesn't run as far as it should, it could easily run another 2 or 3" towards the rear end. Though I must say that I had a severe incident and though it spread out past the padding provided, the underwear still some how managed to keep everything contained without damaging my pajama's or the sheets on my bed. I was extremely surprised and happy about that. Having to wake the wife and change the sheets is really embarrassing. Because it held, I did not downgrade the rating, but it is obvious by sight, that extending it would be better.Another thing, there is no barrier between the padding and the cloth part of the underwear so I would recommend buying the Boxer's over the regular brief's as my accident did run pass the padding.Finally, they sent me the wrong color, I purchased Gray, but they sent me Navy blue, the size was correct, and the Blue was fine with me as after trying it out if I liked it, I would buy Blue next, now I will try Gray again the next time instead.Overall, I am very happy with the product, now if they could invent something to make the clean up while changing in the middle of the night that would be great. LOL!

Very good product, went back and bought three more, they wash well so far.

Feels uncomfortable, like a diaper stuffed between my legs. Will probably not buy more. They may do the job. This is my first night wearing these.

My husband is thrilled that they fit "just like regular boxer-briefs"and you never have to worry

Love them being able to wash them is so much cheaper than the throw aways

Lose fit and don't work at all. No capacity for any large volume of urine. Might catch a drop or two when awake but we need larger capacity for night time use.
