I had been looking for a good shoulder mic that had a 3.5 mm jack for an earpiece. I originally bought a Motorola but the quality was very poor and my dispatch couldn't understand anything I said. I gave this one a shot and was pleasantly surprised. It works great, feels solid, and my voice communication is very clear to others.I highly recommend this
