I like the look and size of this bag but low quality. The buckles for the straps broke within 2 months

I will be using this bag for work meetings. Since I meet with groups of people, I need to carry folders, flyers, business cards, forms, etc for everyone. There is room for everything, including a laptop. It is very professional looking. I purchased the gray color and I love it.
