How to Be Happy and Live Life to the Fullest: A Guide to Reaching Your Full Potential

This book explains that the reason that most people are unhappy is because their ego gets in the way. And they do not live in the moment. In other words, instead of focusing on where I am now. And what I am doing at any particular moment. I was focused on what was going to happen in the future or what had already happened and to as well as negative emotions such as anger. The book talks about gaining a new perspective everyday by starting each morning differently or reading an affirmation of something that I want to happen as though it had already happened it might be something like "I have my dream job." Or "I am healthy" or I can, or I will or any other positive statement that could be used as a direct action to improve my existence and helped me to appreciate my place in the universe to the fullest extent. This wonderful little book is definitely worth the purchase price if you are also feeling like something is missing from your life or you want to understand your place in the universe or where your negative emotions come from and how they affect your life even when you don't realize it. I am very happy to have found this book, and I know it may not provide the ultimate answer to any internal questions, but it is definitely a good first step on the path to living a happy life. It certainly helped me to find my path to happiness.

I love this book. Aside from the author's clear style of writing, I loved reading chapter by chapter, inspiring me to make some changes in my life. A lot of people these days, including myself, are unhappy with their jobs, relationships, and life in general. This book goes to the root cause of the problem, our egos, and defines how we can attract happiness by re-wiring our though patterns and looking at life events, people, items, etc in a different way. The book draws from the Buddhist "emptiness" principle and I believe this is a great wisdom that anyone can apply easily. Everyone should read this book and our world would be a happier and better place.

Wow, what an exceptional read! The author writes in a very easy to read and clear way that flows through the book. The principles on how to live a happy, abundant life are very deep and reflect immediately on the reader as he is reading and envisioning them. After reading the first chapter and internalizing the information, I felt uplifted and positive for the rest of my day. I will surely keep this book close by and reading it until I fully live the principles put forth in this book. Great job Kevin. I'll be looking for your next book.

Author/chef/health guide Kevin Kerr lives a holistic vegan lifestyle. In his several books he addresses the healthy mind, spirit, life and nutrition. In this informative, supportive and well-written book Kevin continues his goal of aiding his fellowman to live a healthy happy life. Great book on living life to the fullest and being happy while you do it. The author really encourages each and every reader to dive into themselves and figure out what you desire and get the power to do so. The book talks about things like moderation and acceptance, but I never got the vibe that the author ever wanted anything other then the very best for us. Highly recommend this book! Well written for the average person. Easy to read with great tidbits of info to take with you in your daily life A wonderful companion to have in your life to be read whenever you need something to lift your heart. I recommend this book to anyone who is seeking happiness and just needs to be told straight out how to find it.Great advice in this book. I will use it!!

I am very much into the power of the mind and how positive affirmations can improve your life when applied. I have the software that produces subliminal affirmations which I strongly believe in and this falls right into line with this type of programing for the mind and this book is very helpful with the whole idea of how to live life to the fullest as the title says.

Many of the principles in his book I've tried at some point in my life and some are part of my routine but this book truly lays it all out in a very easy to read and understand way. Applying these has truly made me happier and I would recommend this book to everyone

The information content is ok if you can persevere with the poor grammar and numerous typing errors, including duplicate/wrong/missing words etc every other sentence. How this book ever got through proof reading I don't know as much of the time you are left assuming what the author was trying to say, to the point where I wondered if it had been translated (badly!) If you can persevere however, the advice contained seems good, but I doubt many will get too far through it. Ok for free but I would not want to pay for such a poorly written book. If a revised corrected version was made this would be a valuable guide for anyone.
