Superb. The 512MB has 4 x 128MB switched slots. Works great
This card is brilliant. I'll never need another one again. I have the 512Mb version. This has a button on it to switch between 4 different inbuilt cards each showing as a separate 128mb card. Every time you boot the console it will be in the first bank memory card. You'll need to press the button to switch to whichever you used last. I was hoping this would allow me to use it with both a Japanese and pal GameCube without having errors, but I think switching through to other cards (which can only be done once powered up) will likely corrupt them. So I'll keep it on just my pal for now. A great use of this card is to use one of the 4 banks for a softmod hacked save file. I'm using super mario sunshine with the boot.gci both stored in bank 1. This allows me to place it into any pal GameCube with mario sunshine disc inside and automatically boot into swiss within seconds giving me access to use the SD memory card slot or the sd2sp. I can then use the other 3 banks for my saves (even though there's still plenty of space to use bank 1 as well). This means I have a highly functional all in one memory card that allows me softmod access to run homebrew and my backed up isos with ease. I did have to create the card by using a hardmod GameCube to begin with, but now it's done I can use in any of my other gamecubes without needing to hardmod them. For the price it's absolutely brilliant and I'd highly recommend to anyone with a large GC collection.
