Lay out your broken pieces on the work surface. Arrange them in the order that they will be repaired. Make sure that they are clean, dry and fit together.Step 2 Prepare epoxy resin with powder Squeeze out a small amount of two parts epoxy resin into a disposable, clean and dry container. Sprinkle a small amount of powder into the mixed resin. Mix all together until the color are mixed throughout. Warning! At the beginning try to squeeze a small amount of epoxy, because it hardens very quickly! The amount of epoxy required will depend on the size of the item you want to repair. Average amount is between ½ to 1 teaspoon. Mix the epoxy resin with the wooden stirrer.Step 3 Applying the mixture to broken pieces Now, you want to start lightly applying this to the edge of your pieces using paintbrush. Once you have two pieces sitting next to each other, push them together, be gentle and careful. Do it piece by piece, do not rush. You will be shocked how fast it dries out. When the first two pieces are done, continue with mixing epoxy with powder again for the next part.Step 4 Patiently waiting for magic Once you piece it all together now it's time to sit back and wait.

Odore molto forte
La colla ha un odore troppo forte che non ti si toglie più dalle mani! Non sono molto esperta ma l’ho trovato poco pratico questo kit. La colla ha 2 ugelli e se non sei rapidissima diventa subito dura e non riesci a stenderla sul pezzo! Visto il prezzo mi aspettavo qualcosa di più.

Kintsugi kit- it’s mending time.
Kintsugi kit arrived earlier than expected which was nice but box was slightly damaged.Lovely design though.Contents was fine and complete.Instructions seem clear.Looking forward to trying it out.

Beautifully packaged - doesn't live up to the promise
I had some pieces to repair and wanted to give this a try. NOTE: I'm an experienced craftsman with over 30 year working in clay, wood, paint and other medium. This product seems to be a simple solution rather than buying all the pieces myself.The epoxy is inferior. Working time was about 30 seconds, not 5 minutes. There were no guidelines for how much gold powder included. Using too much created a rubber making it impossible to apply and adhere. I planned to use with a syringe for precision application but the epoxy kept clogging even a 16 gauge needle.There was also only one paper tray and pair of gloves. Both were a nice idea, but there's a lot more glue and powder than a single use.I will just source a high quality epoxy myself going forward.I will buy higher quality 5 minute expoy.
