Q: Can the spray nozzle be removed and replaced with a standard water hose spray nozzle?

Absolutely. You simply unscrew the existing nozzle and replace with any standard nozzle in the market. I uploaded a short video with details.

Q: How do you fill the plastic container?

The black handle serves as both the pump and the opening of the bottle. Just twist the handle counter clock-wise to open the bottle. I hope the short video helps!

Q: How would I heat up the water?

When I go out for a surfing session I just put some 100 degree (F) in the bottle, it stays warm for about 4 hours! It's not a good idea to put boiling water in there though! - it's not good for the seals.
