ABE All Black Everything Pre Workout Energy, Increase Physical Performance with Citrulline, Creatine, Beta Alanine, Caffeine Vitamin B Complex (Candy Ice Blast, 315g)

This is the best pre-workout I’ve ever tried, and I’ve tried tons. Candy ice blast has a cooling menthol type feel plus the beta-Al tingling effect which pairs well together.

Im not sure if its this or me. Dunno if the blends changed or the wearhouse they make it. But this has changed so much. I always took 2 scoops. Used to have it 30 mins before gym & be ready to roll. But now i take the scoops & the moment it hits my gutts i feel rough as chuff. I feels so sickly. I try to get out the house after 45 mins but still feel like compulsively pukeing. I start my workout which usually takes about an hour. Im constantly walking around the gym trying not to puke. Even when i get home my stomache still feels tender. Seriously i cant buy this any more.. And it wasnt the last dodgy tub because ive felt the same on the last 6/7 tubs. I cant bear taking it any more. I used to drink this like water... i mean 6 scoops a day. I need an alternatve.

I’ve taken ABE pre workouts in other flavours before. I change each time I need more just to try them. This is my least favourite so far purely for taste. It’s amazing in that it does the job, gives me the extra energy I need without making me feel jittery like other brands have. The first time I took this I felt an odd cold feeling in my chest and was wondering why that was but then I saw that the container stated it’s a breath easy product? Lol which explains the feeling because it felt like I had used Vicks/menthol if that makes sense. This feeling doesn’t last. I did however notice that after maybe 5-10 mins of taking this I could feel an odd tingling sensation on both elbows of all places haha why the elbows, I’m not sure. Again the tingling feeling doesn’t last long thankfully and it’s something that can be ignored.Great value for money for a great supplement. I think I’ll be sticking to this brand for the foreseeable future Best flavour so far is the Icy Blue Raz

ABE has always been my ideal choice of Pre-Workout and the flavours have always been so delicious, this one too to be fair. HOWEVER, when the flavour says Candy “ICE BLAST”, it is not some marketing term to sound cool, it has this weird component which I can only describe as drinking liquid nitrogen. Not only did it really hurt my throat to drink, it left an after effect for me 5/10mins after every sip. My workout was ruined and it my opinion it’s just undrinkable. This should have been made clear upon purchasing that it’s not an ordinary Pre-workout. Maybe it says somewhere but it’s absolutely not the kind of thing you expect from a Pre.

So this is my first pre-workout purchase.The flavour resembles toothpaste/mouthwash which is NOT great.Packaging is awesome, and it mixes ok - although you do see some bits leftover.Overall a meh purchase.Expected more if I'm honest. It is cheaper than buying energy drinks so I will just try holding my breath whilst drinking.

I buy this one all the time because after a cardio set, I go to the free weights and I find myself gasping for air, or struggling to get enough air in anyway.. This works for that , lets you get a lung full of oxegyn.Also the first few times you use it.. it will make ur face and possibly chest tingle.. I just see this as energy running through your body that needs to be burned off.. and with this pre workout u will..only whilst your body gets used to the burst.. Shame its the only one in the range with the breathe easy formula. 5 out of 5
