Another worthless sleep aid. Use only to prep yourself for one of those all-night dance marathon contests. Beg, plead, or otherwise coerce your primary to write a prescription for Ambien, instead.

I used this to try to assist in getting to sleep. I have used it about 3 weeks and it helped me a little.

As this is a natural product, the result is also more natural and is not extreme but certainly contributes to winding down and getting to sleep when taken as directed without side effects.

I've had pretty disappointing results before......but this one worked!
I've never really had a hard time falling to sleep, but once or twice a year I hit a dry spell where i can't make my mind stop. Melatonin, Tylenol PM and Advil PM didn't really feel like they did anything and sometimes I would wake up groggy. I decided to try this brand because it's new and I figured I'd give it a shot being all natural. I took 1 about 45 minutes before bedtime and laid down to watch tv, about 30 minutes later I could barely keep my eyes open! I was out like a light!! I've had to use it once since then and the same great results!! highly recommend!!!
