8 of 10 went dead within 1-2-weeks
I bought these Energizer 386 pack of 10 batteries for my Avocet 50 Bike computer (takes 2). I've been buying these same exact batteries from Fry's electronics for almost 30-years and they have always lasted a little over 1-year.This time I found that 6 of the 10 batteries went dead within about 1-2 weeks. My computer was not even being used during this time. Of the other 4 batteries, 2 lasted about 3-months and the other 2 about 8-months. Like I saw in another review: there was no date on these so I'm guessing they were old? Or: something was definitely wrong with them!

Legal Disclaimer Not Visible. Packaging Was Different.
I just received the product and don't know if any batteries are past expiration. This review is only for the legal disclaimer that Amazon posted about this product. It is roughly 2-3 lines of text stuck in the middle of a busy webpage regarding how the packaging can vary. I didn't see it. I think this messaging should be more visible. I expected 10 batteries packaged in the fashion I get from my local store, not 2 blister packs with 5 batteries in tear off units. Amazon should show the packaging variations. Ok fine, it looks a little different - no big deal...But packages were date coded MB (2013) and WZB (year unknown). I didn't think I'd be buying batteries that were at least 2-3 years old. Don't know if they work, but now I'm wondering if I'll get to use the last few before they expire.
