Good quality and fit on install easily. When rolling over a bump there is a slight clicking noise due to the wheel post rattling. The box says they're universal wheels, so they're close to perfect fit for our Aeron office chair. Example of the clicking noise is if you rolled between hardwood floors and an area rug; we don't notice it during normal use whatsoever but if you're rolling between thresholds, just be aware of this beforehand. I would buy again and recommend.

This is an incredible product. I recently had neck surgery and working without a head rest is very difficult. This makes all the difference! It will fit a few Herman Miller chairs, not just Aeron. With some slight ingenuity and modification. Matches the quality and design of Herman Miller’s amazing craftspeople.

I followed the reddit hack (you can go look for it) and it worked. I bought this unit (H4 classic, carbon) to use with my Steelcase Leap v2 Task chair. In the hack instructions, 24-inch (175lb tensile) cables and non-stick shelving material were suggested (which I bought at the dollar store). I put folded rectangles of the non-stick on every surface that the headrest touched the chair, then cable-zipped it firmly.It's been a few weeks and I've had no problems. The headrest adjusts to my preferences with little effort, and it stays firm wherever I move it to.This might have been a good purchase for the Aeron as intended, but the reddit hack made this a great non-permanent purchase for the Steelcase Leap v2 Task.Worth every penny.
