I got this for a class I was taking for CPR and found it beneficial for choking and cardiac arrest.

Good book

It's about time again to renew my CPR. This time I decided to go for BLS instead. If you had training before, this book serves as a great refresher. If you don't know anything about first aid training and are interested in learning some, get this book. It's so easy to read. I recommend looking up a few videos online to visualize the techniques as you read.

Simpler and cheaper than the AHA books.
