Cat Shaming

I was always a fan of "Dog Shaming" started in 2012 by Pascale Lemire, but given that I cohabitate with cats, I wanted something for those of us with a proclivity for felines. Here it is! Pedro Andrade has excelled at extolling the virtues and vices of cats in "Cat Shaming", a hilarious book that people living with these confusing and curious creatures will appreciate. There are so many standout captions and photos that I can't really pick a favorite, but I particularly enjoy the themes of thievery and subsequent ingestion of inappropriate items (pizza, ribbon, etc.) and feline-induced broken bones (I have experienced both of these personally.)This is a great little book overall, with little to quibble about (though some of the entries do have somewhat salty language) and so many illustrations and captions that truly encompass what it's like to live with these wondrous yet utterly daft creatures. Highly recommended!

Saw this book at the library googled if amazon had it and they DID OF COURSE !!! The best book always makes me laugh smile and want to share it I keep it on my desk and people get to know me better by meddling about and reading it themselves !!! I love my book these bad cats all the notes are true too cats are in a class by themselves i love all animals but I'm so glad I saw this book in the library !

While I don't find myself laughing out loud at the entries (at least not yet anyway) they are cute and fairly amusing. I like the little extras they included on the backs of the sheets, especially the word searches. Looking forward to counting down the days of 2018 with this calendar.

Silly stuff reminding us how much we cat owners put up with. My only complaint is that there are numerous four letter words which I didn't expect and had given it to my 10 year old as a birthday present. Explicit warning would have been appreciated.

Gave this to my best friend for Christmas who has an ANNOYING cat, and she laughed. I looked through it and it's pretty funny. Kinda want one myself.

This was best best gift ever for my friend and associate. I’m glad that she gets a little humor every day! She brings the in work for all to see!!

Calendar was great until my calendar went from April 13th to March 30th and then skipped to May 7th! I am several days there... and of course I just notice it when I get to April 13th as I turned the page to see March again.. and no April 14th - May 6th.

My cats are like my children. They are a huge part of my life. They are unemployed members, of the household, who get away with mischief. "Cat Shaming," is perfect for owners of cats with similar problems.
