Fantastic neck pillow! The kids were even trying to steal this from me on our long trip to Alaska from Florida. I even found that using this in bed was PERFECT for watching TV or using my phone. I end up sleeping with it most of the night. It works well in all directions which I never considered using before. My bag tore at the bottom within a day or so of putting it back in a couple times between layovers, that's a bummer but the actual product deserves 5 stars bc I absolutely love it. We are taking another trip in December and will probably get them for the rest of the family so mine doesn't get stolen by my kids or husband. ;)

I purchased this travel pillow after reading so many good reviews. I am a heavy traveler and I have several travel pillows but I was curious about this one.I found it very uncomfortable, probably the most uncomfortable that I ever had. Pushing my neck forward. It was impossible to have any sleep. I tried to adjust the memory foam but it comes back to the original thickness after a few seconds. I found it very hard. Maybe cutting off some of the back foam may help.The adjustable drawnstring is very poor quality and it is falling apart. Does not look like the one in the picture.The soft velvet cover is good not complains about it. The logo is wiping off after just one use thought.

I used this pillow for two cross country trips over the holidays and it does exactly what it was supposed to. Other reviewers found it difficult to put the pillow back in the bag but I found that if you fold the arms over themselves it was quite easy. The pillow returned to its normal size relatively quickly after removal from the bag, and there was no discernable odor upon first use. The cover is quite soft, but did not get too hot as some memory foam is apt to do. The drawstrings on the front end of the pillow began to unravel a bit, but I will likely replace them, as I enjoyed the ability to close the loop and have the pillow not move. The face mask was average, but fit into the little attached pocket which was a nice touch. Great product for the money!

Pillow very firm and not a good memory foam as it did not give like most memory foams. Strings at neck unraveled immediately and I had to cut them off of the pillow.

Totally fell apart after three trips. The string frayed the first day I used it - then the cloth cover started splitting and breaking in multiple places. It was comfortable, but completely useless after three times traveling with it.

I travel all the time and this is great for the plane. I'm a pretty small person and the pillow fits my neck perfectly. That being said, my husband is a large dude and he liked it as well.

Great quality, but a little too much memory foam for me personally. I also had some trouble keeping it on my bag without it getting tangled up with the string on the bag.

Really nice set!I'mHoping that it is just what I need to be comfortable after my neck surgery as we travel through Europe.
