Good works well lights room for couple days if only used couple hrs each night .will charge phone as emergency back up but charge does not go to 100percent from 20 percent still on phone .is very useful for back up light and charger

Used on a few trips and it’s great. We charge up from the plug before we go and solar charge in the field. Very bright and lasts ages

This has to be the best tent light I have every bought. The package size is great and it is very durable. The light output is amazing and very controllable. It's easy to charge and great that it charges a phone as well.

As much as I want to love this I have so far found that it doesn’t charge up past two bars no matter how long I leave in the sun, which is a real disappointment as that was the whole idea. This means I can’t plug in a phone to charge or the light doesn’t work that long.Great otherwise for camping if you charge up fully via USB beforehand. Lovely bright light that lasts and seems great in wet conditions. Have the smaller colourful version and much prefer that if the light was brighter.

I bought this as a birthday gift for our son and he is delighted with it. The light seems to be bright and having the phone charging capability is a bonus.

I take this light camping, both canoe trips and car camping. It is light weight, gives off great light, and charges quite well in the sun. I took it for a week canoe trip and the charge lasted, with a mix of charging in the sun. I also was able to charge my phone with it. People are always shocked when I tell them how much I paid!

This lantern throws a lot of light! This weekend was my first time using it while camping. I charged it with an outlet and needed to recharge today so thought I’d use solar. The solar charge didn’t work well. My lantern stayed on for about 15 minutes and died. It was in direct sunlight for at least 10 hours today. Right now I’ve got it plugged into a battery bank. The reason I bought it was for the solar recharging so I’m pretty disappointed that it doesn’t seem to work. Otherwise it’s really a neat, portable lantern.****update*** The company reached out to me regarding my lantern issues. It seems that I got a defective one. They replaced it and the new one charges and runs perfectly. Their customer service is excellent, rare these days! I’m happy I gave it another chance. These lanterns are super portable and bright! I updated my rating to 5 stars.
