Snapped right into my old laptop and was recognized by the system with no problems. The system is running perfectly as I type this review. My old laptop is actually running the memory much slower than its rating, but CPU-Z indicates that its rated speed is exactly as advertised.

Works great in my Thinkpad T480 that had an 8gb stick. 12gb now with this 4gb stick.Comes in nice reusable plastic case holder thingie. Looks brand new. Upgrading from 8gb to 12gb with a higher speed stick for 8 bucks is a no brainer. May have to get another as a backup in case a stick in there goes. Ive had laptops in the past that had Micron sticks and never had issues with them, another reason i went with this. Pretty happy with this cheap little upgrade.

It was easy to install if you know what you're doing. The longest part of the process was opening the computer. Great memory and the computer is doing great. Thank you!!!

This was just perfect to fix Laptop Computer. My laptop was off for six months charged it to use and it would not boot up. So went online for help with HP 17 laptop and it said this was the problem and replaced and it worked perfectly! Hallelujah!
