If you travel to other countries you need a travel power plug adapter for your electronics or your phones, tablets or laptops are useless because you won’t be able to charge them.You have the option of using the American/Australian, European or British plugs that are built into this device. There are two USB outlets to charge cell phones and tablets on the side. The instruction booklet is clear and gives you a diagram of each component and which countries use which plug.The front has a small light that lets you know if it has power and there is also an AC power socket on that side. Don’t use outside or in a moist place like a bathroom. There are plug sliders on the top and bottom that side the plug you need out of the housing. It’s small and lightweight so perfect for your over-packed luggage. You can always find a small place to put it.The adapter worked fine in my house and I look forward to using it in the UK in the next six months. I used this in Paris France recently and it worked great. We were able to charge our iPhones, iPads, and I used my laptop computer which has the 3 prong charger. It's compact and lightweight so was easy to carry and travel with.

Only has small plug inputs,.will not take large and small plugs. to avoid the hassle of returning it, I had to file the opening so it would work,

Overall okay adapter for short term charging just make sure it's compatible for your electronics voltage. It states in the product description that the plug does not fit modern US prongs, where one prong is larger than the other prong. Also the adapter can't convert voltage so it's not advisable to use it for curling irons, flat irons, hairdryers and high power electronics. The Power Rating is 6A max. 100-240Vac; AC input:100V-240V. Double check your electronics so you won't burn it out. The device is small and compact easy to use and should work in 150 countries. So far I haven't had any problems charging. I really like there is USB connectors to charge along with the plugs. This is such an important item to have when traveling. I gave it to my mother to use while she was traveling to a couple European counties – she went to England, Ireland and France and was able to connect and use this adapter to keep her phone and laptop charged and ready to rock throughout the entire trip. She reported back that this adapter worked everywhere she used it and in every country she visited. As for the adapter itself, it is really solid without being overly heavy or bulky and it fits nicely into luggage, making it really easy to bring along. Although it says world adapter. It wasn't the right plug for India Electricity. Had to use another adapter.

I'm really excited to have this adapter. The functionality for the price point is really great. I love the built in feature that will stop charging if the amperage is not right.I have not used this outside of the US, so I cannot yet attest to the real life usage.
