Love sound and quality

I really like the sound of the key of G for some reason. I have a D Minor Kurd that sounds too low and mellow I may return that cost a lot more and is 22 in. I like the smaller size of this handpan as well. It was delivered and left in the hot sun over a hundred degrees and was too hot to touch when I unboxed it. Then when it cool down I noticed the trim was coming off. I don't know if that was because the sun melts the glue or if it's just poor quality. For now I tried some super glue and Scotch tape to hold it down while it dries to see if that helps. There is no braided cord that comes on the edge of this like most of the other hand pans do. Also the bag to carry it in is very poor quality and you may as well use a paper shopping bag. I ordered the blue 18 inch drum in the key of G as well to compare the two. It looks like it has the nicer carrying case, and it does have the braided cord. Also the finish looks a lot prettier especially with the blue cover. So I may end up keeping that one and returning this one. We'll see when it arrives which one sounds the best. Unfortunately I will have to make a decision on my 22-in before the blue 18 inch arrives. I may end up keeping them both. I don't know. I think I have a handpan problem. Lol

I liked the look and the size, but the sound was pretty quiet. The higher the tone, the quieter the sound. I did not expect premium quality for the price, but the resonance was disappointing. I send it back.

The box it came in (that it was shipped from Amazon in; there was no outer Amazon box or paddling material) was noticeably damaged. And the interior styrofoam form was busted in two or three corners. But, despite this damage, this handpan still sounded good. I don’t know if it’s “in tune”, but for a total of only $217 (w/ FREE shipping), I’m not concerned. It’s a learning tool, little more. If it lasts 6 mo. and I can gain any proficiency at playing it in that time, it will have paid for itself, in my mind. I’ll upgrade to something better at that time. I have also created a Facebook page called "Chinese handpan owners", for those, like me, who wanted to dip our toe in the water of this fantastic instrument without forking out $875-$1,000+ for a higher quality one, at least until we got good at playing it and/or had the available funds to invest. So, even if you don't buy a Gladfresit, you're welcome to join.

Beautiful Handpan but one of the notes was very out of tune. The overall sound was OK but not great. I would say good for a kid, someone not serious about music, or someone wanting it for display only. You get what you pay for :( but for me, I am returning.

Liked this G scale, it hold tune pretty well and has good resonance. It's a beginner pan and great for practicing first touch. You can tell from my video that I'm a super beginner so it's good for me haha. Definitely think it's worth buying if you just want to try out handpan and get a feel for touch!

I love my hand pan. It sounds phenomenal. Great price for the quality of the product. My daughter loves it and although we need lessons on how to properly play it, we are loving it! Thank you
