Great knife
Such a beautiful looking knife from the handle to the blade.Being an ex chef of 20 years, I have some good knife skills and speed is one of them.This knife is soooo sharpe that I have to slow down a gear when chopping incase I lob off a finger tip.Thankfully the nice balance of the blade makes you not have to put as much pressure when usingthis knife, so slicing through salad veg or meat is swift and clean.
