Is the sprocket size wrong?
I disassembled the clutch. It looks great. After putting it back to get her, I found that the sprocket is just a touch too wide for 420 chains. Other than that it doesn't have a screw to secure it to the shaft, but a lock collar should suffice. Am I the only one with the sprocket/chain problem?

This clutch lasted like 15 on my kids go kart, not worth the money and a waste of my time installing it!!
