WHEN I ASKED THEM TO EXPLAIN WHAT ANIMAL SOURCE IT IS, THEIR RESPONSE WAS: "Unfortunately, we’re not able to share the specific animal source, as that information is proprietary." Logical deduction means = pork gelatin, otherwise they would just say vegan or beef. Yet they are selling these products freely to unsuspecting consumers.

Someone recommended Yohimbine as an alternative to a certain prescription medication for ADHD. It was inexpensive enough and highly rated enough, that giving it a try was a no-brainer. I guess I expected the immediate burst of energy that happened to other reviewers to happen to me too. I expected appetite suppression to come the same day, basically. I looked up how long it can take for full effectiveness and saw that it was 2 weeks. I figured I can take 1 a day for 2 weeks, no problem. It took about 7-10 days for me, and I didn't expect for it to change how my brain approaches eating. I'm a diagnosed binge-eater. Instead of the suppression I've experienced with diet pills and caffeine use, it simply made me stop wanting to eat after a few bites or a single serving - every meal. Only other binge eaters understand that feeling of compulsion to just keep going and going until you are sick or the food is all gone. You must eat until something is gratified, and yet it never is. You can't even have "just a taste" of something without it driving you over the edge. It ruins your day, your mood, your self-esteem - like why can't I get this under control, it's MY own brain! 1 capsule a day of this brand of Yohimbine has changed this. I do not feel literally any compulsion whatsoever - ever. 24 hours a day. There are no windows of time that aren't covered. I missed a dose once and felt the effects disappearing the next day. It took about 2 days of taking it again to feel the effects again. I bumped up to 2 a day when I felt the effects might be dwindling, and it took another 4-5 days for that to kick in and start working. It's even better than when I was taking 1 a day. I feel like a normal person now, and that is such a gift. It has also addressed my urge to binge drink as well. I do still consume alcohol, but it's not an endless string of drinks anymore. I don't experience the energy boosts mentioned in these reviews. I do feel it has increased my sex drive to some degree. But, I'm always a higher energy person by nature, and was already still interested in sex, so I don't notice anything in particular about these 2 side effects, just that they're present for me. I've also lost weight from not consuming so many calories. Nothing crazy. It's been a healthy reduction of intake and a healthy loss of weight without changing my diet. I eat like a raccoon in a trash bin, just nowhere near as much volume anymore. I just really wanted this review to pop up when people Google for help controlling their binge eating. This has really changed my life.

This product was not effective for me. I'm a 70 year old male 6'4" 195 lb. I took one quarter of a capsule at 5:00 a.m. with no results. Took the rest of the capsule 2 hours later no results took another capsule 3 hours later. Again no results. With the large variation in reviews from other users I have to wonder whether all batches of this product are mixed or created equal. I have no way of knowing for sure what the issue is all I know for sure is it didn't work for me. This is some additional information I wish I had known before purchasing. Yohimbe bark extract is a concentrated, powdered form of the Yohimbe tree’s bark. Yohimbine HCL, on the other hand, is an isolated version of the yohimbine molecule, which is extracted from Yohimbe bark and paired with hydrochloric acid. Both sources of yohimbine can have a powerful impact on the body. Unfortunately this product did not have any impact that I could tell on my body. I know our bodies are not all created equal and some have greater sensitivity than others. However when I take a caffeine tablet I can certainly feel strong effects from that. So I don't think I'm insensitive to stimulants. If you purchase this product I hope you have better results than I did. Update!! After doing a little more research, I had to wonder whether or not I was using a large enough dose for my body. I increased my dose to two capsules at 6:00 a.m. and another two capsules at 9:00 A.M. and no more for the rest of the day because of my concern for sleeping good at night. Now, at this dosage level, I am experiencing more of the expected results. I I'm not recommending this dosage level for others, I only suggest that you do your own research and usage at your own risk. As I said earlier, we all have different sensitivity levels, so figure it out for your body, and maybe you will be able to get the desired results you are hoping for. I have modified my rating from one star to five based on how it now works for me with this higher dosage level.

Pill size not too large. No bad odor. As a female, I use for energy and it definitely helps with weight loss. Don't take it too late in the day, and be prepared to get a colon cleanse, but nothing too extreme. I definitely have less of an appetite with this.

No jitters, but also no results. Now I’ve switched to berberine to see if it gives me better metabolic support. Yohimbine might still work for others, but for me—it kind of faded out. Pros: No weird side effects Small dosage (5mg is easy to control) Affordable Cons: Effects wear off over time Didn’t feel anything after a while Was cool while it lasted. Just didn’t stay effective for me.
