I don't use these as a supplement but rather as a replacement for the ridiculosly expensive Salt Sticks for distance running especially in the summer months to prevent cramp. Whilst not as nice tasting as the flavoured Salt Sticks these neutral salty tabs can be swallowed whole (they're pretty small) or if you don't mind a slight salty taste will dissolve quickly in the mouth. For their size they have a very high salt content, work well and are priced very reasonably. Recommended.

These are most definitely brilliany as an alternative to powdered sachets and the difference in how I feel in the morning with my first water intake is very noticeable
