I have been using this wall ball daily for 2 months and it is just as sturdy and strong as it was on day one! There are no exercise suggestions shipped with this ball, so be ready to look on the internet for those. At first, I balked at the price a bit, but I always feel good after using it and I DO absolutely love it so consider it a good investment in my overall mental and physical health. I did a lot of research before making this purchase and of all then heavy medicine balls out there, I settled on this one.It is well made; true to the descriptions, and as an added bonus the company has great customer service. I also liked that Ziva contributes part of its sales revenue to a charitable cause.

The medicine balls at the gym are worn out so I take this with me. I also use it at home to slam it on the floor and against the wall. Works great.

I need to exercise but not overdue it. I really like this ball because it built to last. It is made of what appears to be very heavy duty materials to handle the exercise routine. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. It is available in different weights but this will do great for now.
