As pictured - very quiet!
I was looking for a nice quality traditional clock in black that would work with existing black and white accents. There are a couple of loud clocks in other rooms nearby and the quietness of the this clock is an appreciated feature.

Subject line says it. Also, it arrived before Christmas even though coming from overseas -- the UK.

Looks and works great. The only thing is the bottom right side was scratched. But other than that no problems.
