Purchased 3 different ones. Kind of expensive butElegant lighting for my dining room, breakfast area and kitchen bar.

I was very reluctant to get this fixture after reading the other reviews of broken panels. But I think the other reviewers must have prompted the company to step up their game with packaging, because the packaging was thoughtfully put together (to keep the glass safe). I hired an Electrician to install it so I cannot speak to the ease of installation but assembling the fixture was pretty straightforward. I started to put that part together myself and it was pretty easy to put together. Gives the room an elegant look****Edit*** I purchased the Smart bulbs for this because it is a very bright fixture Oh my goodness it just added even more than I could’ve even imagined!I highly recommend OREiN Smart Edison Light Bulbs with Smart Button, WiFi ST19(58) Vintage Light Bulbs E26 Base, 800lm Dimmable 2700K-6500K Tunable White, Smart Filament BulbI got the six pack with a button and I love how you can bring different hues of white, Different temperatures For different moods… It is so so beautiful now. This fixture is expensive, but oh my goodness it’s worth it. It’s beautiful.

Light came quickly and boxed well we thought. After unboxing and examining parts except box that containing long pieces of glass. Contractor started installation process on 10’ ceiling. Got everything together and working. Went to install long sections of glass and one piece cracked in the middle not broken and other one glass chipped. After paying 400 for a light and another 75 for contractor I will be damn if I would take it down. Hope supply will send me new glass pieces. Word of advice examine EVERYTHING before installing or else you will have a disconnect box it up and install another one again. Let’s see if supplier or manufacture does anything to help with glass replacement.FYI it’s a beautiful light even with broken pieces.10/8/19 received confirmation that replacement glass was shipped. Company definitely helpful and I would highly recommend even with mishaps with glass coming damaged.

This light is really nice! One of shorter glass sides is kinda loose. That's the only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars. Makes me worried that with a lot of cleaning it may drop or something. Otherwise, I LOVE this fixture. Picture isn't the best. I'm having my kitchen painted black and the light will compliment it, because the light is really bright. I'm using bulbs that I already had that gives off a yellow glow...the bright white will be REALLY bright, but i'm sure beautiful. You should buy!

Looks super fancy and shows the price. It comes with chains to make it longer if you need to. We put it up at the highest level and we are super happy! We had an electrician set it up but seems so easy to set up. Arrived on time and delivered in a sturdy box. The metal part is a true brushed nickel and the sides are clear glass no false advertisement like other fixtures I purchased! Very good quality.Note, it does NOT come with lights so make sure to account for that.

We purchased both the chandelier and pendant lights and they are perfect. The lights have that slight farmhouse look without being overwhelming and still look modern and fit in with a contemporary style. These fixtures are very good quality, the chain and rods used to mount them are very sturdy. The company has excellent customer service if you have any issues, we had one piece of glass scratched and they shipped out a replacement without any issues. We love the way our new fixtures look

The media could not be loaded. Disappointed in this company. I received the first chandelier broken even though box was completely in tact. Amazon refunded me the money and I ordered a second one. This one had defective glass. The glass was missing the holes to hang up. Was told this product is under one year warranty with company but when I called the company they would not help me out. She confirmed that she can see I purchased it but would not warrant the product. She stated Amazon purchased it so there is no warranty for me. All i needed was a replacement glass but she said she could not help me. Be careful when you purchase expensive items like this. The first item was broken and second one defective and they will not do anything about it. I’m Not sure who is checking the products before they are sent out but their customer service is awful. Faulty products and inconsiderate customer service. I have half a chandelier up. Don’t want to give them anymore business but have no clue what to do with this chandelier. Amazon was amazing and refunded me the money but I will basically have to reorder a third chandelier just to get one piece of glass.

We love our new light. The two long glass pieces arrived broken from transit. Seller was very responsive and quickly sent replacement pieces. They instructed us to continue installing and enjoying the light in the meantime because the light could be used without those particular pieces. Their customer service and response time was impressive!
