I rarely write product reviews, but after two failed attempts (and hours of online research), we finally found the perfect ironing board—and I had to share. Are you tired of crummy ironing boards that get a dip in the middle, and rust, and creak, and sag? ME TOO. So I bought this board and I love it. I could tell right away that it's much better quality than the ones you get at a retail store. The board is wider than a standard board and has less of a point at the end. So you get more useful ironing surface. It adjusts to numerous heights so you can comfortably iron standing up or sitting down. The iron rest on the side is a great addition and leaves more space on the board for ironing. It feels really sturdy and heavy duty. I've been using it for almost a year now with no regrets.

This is a nice sturdy ironing board. The mechanism is a little awkward but it raises and lowers well. I thought the iron rest would be a convenience and it is to a degree. The only problem is that my iron cord keep wanting to get stuck between the iron rest and the end of the ironing board, which I had not anticipated. The wire rod that I had added to my last ironing board would have been ideal since it held my cord up and out of the way. Alas, it went with the old ironing board so I will have to look for another. I replaced the original cover since it wore out pretty rapidly and had not anticipated that I would need an extra large cover, but that is okay. I do like the ironing board quite well.

I didn’t think I would ever be at a point in my life where I was reviewing an ironing board. However, working the sort of job that I do and being a large man, both in height and girth, a standard size ironing board wasn’t doing anything but making me frustrated and hurting my lower back. I decided to take a chance put down $120, to give this extra large ironing board a shot. It is incredible. My lower back doesn’t hurt. I can iron at it for an hour or two hours and it doesn’t hurt. I can put my spray starch on the actual ironing board while I iron, and the starch doesn’t fall off and hit the floor, or while I adjust my pants, the iron doesn’t wobble and fall off and hit the floor. It is incredibly sturdy. It’s big, it’s heavy, and unless you are doing something you probably shouldn’t be doing on an ironing board, my guess is it will hold up. I couldn’t be happier with it and I strongly recommend it to any man or woman needing to iron large articles of clothing that are becoming incredibly frustrated with a standard sized ironing board.

This ironing board is wide enough for steaming suit pants and sport coats easily. It’s sturdy and comfortable to iron on while the height adjustment allows you to get it up very high or super low. Overall the quality is far greater than those ironing boards at Walmart, Target or Lowes. It’s a great and smart choice and it should last you a very long time.

I had a EuroPro large size ironing board for 15 years, until it finally started falling apart. I didn't know which ironing board to get and settled on this one, even though it was smaller. To my surprise, it is exceptional. It unfolds and folds up perfectly, and there are several heights you can choose from. I like the ironing board at a higher level so I don't have to bend my back so much. The pad which comes with the ironing board is also excellent. I find ironing my dress shirts is easier and better than ever. So far, this ironing board has exceeded my expectations and is worth every penny. It appears to be very sturdy and should last a long time. I highly recommend this ironing board.

Very stable worth the money especially because you don’t buy ironing boards that often!

The board is sized well, but . . . the pointed end is too wide for my wife's blouses and even some of my shirts. It requires moving the ironed piece around more than it should, which sometimes causes a wrinkle or two. I'd prefer much less rounded and a little more padding.
