Update 2: The seal no longer stays in the lid whatsoever. This bottle is now useless. I purchased it Nov 16, 2016 and now it's completely useless because it cannot hold water without a seal (and the seal will not stay in the lid without falling out every time you open the lid). I do not recommend this to anyone unless you need a great water bottle for 1 week and only 1 week. Would be 5 stars if this bottle could contain water, but since it is a water bottle that can't contain water, I have no other option than to give it a 1 star.Update 1: Ironically, 1 hour after posting this review the rubber seal fell out of the lid again. Now I'm changing the review from 5 star to 3 star because the most basic and important feature of any water bottle is the ability to seal water, and this bottle is only like 2 weeks old and is having problems with the seal. Why is the seal falling out? It's not like you can just pop it into place (btw that's be a good idea, to have small stainless steel bumps to hold seal in place. Like you can just pop the seal in b/c it will stretch but then stay in place. Product owner, take notes). Anyway, 3 stars because I can't see a bright future with this water bottle when the seal wont stay in. When I try to put the seal back in where it's supposed to, and then turn the lid right side up to screw it on, the seal just falls straight to the ground. I don't know how my dad got it to stay in place for a few days after the first drop. I'll have to have him fix it again.Original Review:I really enjoy this bottle and the thickness of the protection sleeve. My only complaint is that the rubber seal is not secured in the lid and after a week or two of use it fell out and I had a really hard time getting it to stay in the lid. I ended up giving up and giving the lid to my dad to fix (and he did fix it; it has stayed in place for days now).

This thing felt bigger on the inside. Honey comb made for a unique shape and I got a lot of compliments. Easy to slide the soft silicone down and clean it, and the rubber seal inside popped out easily for cleaning (although sometimes it popped off a little too easily). Suffered at least a hundred drops (one of which chipped it, but the lid still sealed with no leaks) without issue before the last drop cracked the top glass finally.Only thing that drove me nuts was steel link handle. The loops undid themselves with wear and tear and used to stab me if I held it wrong, catching in my clothes and ripping the inside lining of certain bags.You can't remove the chain or replace it.May it RIP, after about 3 years

I bought the GoGlass with the green silicone cover, and received terrific customer service all through the sales and shipping cycle. When the bottle arrived, the top of the neck had somehow broken clean off.Since I had been in constant email contact with the company rep, I was able to tell him what happened, and attached a photo to my email. He ordered a replacement for me the very same day. The second bottle arrived in good shape just one day later. This is a large, thick-glassed but lightweight bottle with a non-leaking stainless steel lid. It comes with a metal mesh strap for easy carrying. It is pretty tall but fits nicely inside my shopper-style shoulder bag, and fits my hand nicely, too. Best of all, it is made in the U.S., it is chemical free, and it doesn't add any weird flavor to my water. I would recommend this bottle to anyone.

This water bottle is beautiful! The glass is thick and the silicon protects it when I've dropped it. My only issue with it was that the suction ring in the lid falls out every time I open it. It wasn't that bothersome initially, but I ended up buying a different water bottle because I lost the ring and now the bottle doesn't function as a water bottle anymore. I'm hoping the feedback helps the company to address this issue!

Considerable research is taken when I make purchases. As a potential buyer of this product you can be assured that the seller has not influenced my 5-star recommendation, as it was purchased at full price. If you are viewing this product I am going to assume you care about the materials that come in contact with your water. Personally, I drink only the filtered water that I can obtain from my home and the last thing I want to do is put filtered water in a container that may offset those benefits. I have searched for the ideal container and this one is the absolute best of the bunch period. If you are of a like mind, I highly recommend this product for all the reasons highlighted within this review.

My strap broke the very first time I used it. I was annoyed, but could live without the strap. The second week I had it, the rubber washer on the inside of the cap fell out and now it leaks constantly on everything. Which means....I can't put it in any bags or use it in anyway unless it is completely stable and upright. Not very practical and clearly not made to last. Very disappointed. I like having a glass water bottle, but I will order a different brand.

I really like the thick glass and the extra padding of the silicone ont his water bottle. The only thing I do not like about this is the rubber gasket in the lid falls out all the time. I'm sure I'll lose it soon, then this will leak.

Love the cool styling and liquid capacity. Concerned about screw in metal cap. If try to make very tight skips off bottle neck. . I suggest a rubber stopper for people like me that want to make extra tight with no chance of leakage.
