A lot of the seasonings you find out there have a ton of salt and very mild flavor. Head Country's Sweet & Spicy seasoning is actually sweet and salty; a nice mix between the two; and has herbs for flavor and crushed red pepper for some spice. Try this stuff on beef or pork, and you'll be ordering more, trust me!
