Fit perfectly to the breast pump!
The flanges fit well with my Lansinoh pump and provide a snug, secure fit without causing any discomfort. They have been a total game-changer for my pumping routine! They’re incredibly comfortable and provide a great seal, helping to ensure that my pumping sessions are as efficient as possible. The soft, flexible material makes them gentle on my skin, and I love how easy they are to clean and maintain.

Definitely worth it!!
I pump exclusively for my newborn! A month in a half in and I started to notice i wasnt pumping as much as i had in the beginning. It wasnt till I noticed that I wasnt feeling completely drained when I pumped that I even thought it could be the flange. It's a little bit bigger then the small size but makes all the difference! I'm pumping much more and its become easier! This flange is so comfortable and dosent hurt with the suction at all. I would definitely recommend this if you think you need a bigger flange size for your lansinoh pump.

Great brand
Love this particular brand! Ordered these because the standard size that was delivered with the pump were to big.

Right flange size is very important for efficient pumping
I have Lansinoh pro which I received through my insurance but the flange size sent with the pump was too big for me so it was hard to pump and milk outcome was not good.Than my doula explained the importance of right flange size to me and I immediately bought these. They are exactly as they should be and work well with my pump. The milk output has truly increased since I started using these.

Soft but doesn't fit
They are soft on the breast but don't fit into the breast pump perfectly. They fall off the pump often.

Comfortable
Very comfortable! didn’t cause any pain or discomfort while pumping , easy to clean and easy to put together. I will say though it’s easy to put onto the pump it fits loosely and you have to be careful not to let it fall off or else your milk will spill.

Perfect size
Used these after having my baby before I got my breast pump delivered. I was using these on my hand pump, I measured ahead before ordering, got it right.

OK for Medela pump, but be very careful the bottles don't slip off
I purchased these to try with my Medela brand pump as I was having some discomfort using my Medela flanges. I do find these more comfortable, however the Large is probably too large for me - it's a bigger difference than I was expecting coming from "standard" Medela size.Primarily posting about the fit vs Medela pump as I'd read some reviews on that prior to purchasing. As others said, these CAN work with the Medela pump, but beware that your bottles can fall off the end if you're using a hands-free pumping bra. I find this incredibly frustrating, because the Lansinoh flanges have a little plastic ridge preventing them from being pushed on deeper and therefore being secure. If only Lansinoh removed that ridge, everything would be fine, but as it is even being careful I've had them fall 3-5x in the month that I've been using these.Ultimately, I bought these to try to improve my milk yield, and I feel that they do give a very slight improvement there - but it's subtle, and any amount I gain is possibly offset by dropping a bottle and having milk spill out through the top!
