This right here is AMAZING!I do not get out of bed in pain anymore...my neck, shoulders, spine and hips are so supported. I no longer toss and turn and sleep so soundly now.I wish I had gotten the 2”, as the 4” at times I feel like I am crawling out of a hole, especially on the nights I do not move all night, which is great!

I bought this for our very firm mattress in our camper. I tried 2 other toppers and even put those 2 together and our mattress was still too firm giving us back pain. I put this topper on our mattress and it felt like an entirely new mattress! We slept comfortably with no more back pain! I’m considering buying another topper for the older mattress in our house to get a few more years out of it. We had no issues with feeling to hot sleeping on it. I highly recommend this topper!

From being folded into such a small box it was damaged. Once I opened the box the topper started to expand as expected but there was visibly a hard line through the middle of the bed. I figured it would go away once it was fully expanded however it never went away and it’s almost like a divider in middle of the bed.

It was 3 inches thick... Let it sit for 48 hours with the cover unzipped. Very firm. Not cooling either, had an older 4 inch topper on which was much softer and cooler (not gel infused).Now I have to shop for a different one.Received box and said "Made in China" on the side. Hopefully Made in USA will be better.

At first I was a little worried that this memory foam topper was going to be too hard. I waited the 72 hours before I tried it but it felt pretty hard to me. After I lay down though it felt fairly comfortable, and I slept fairly well. The next night the bed felt a little softer and even more comfortable. It seemed to take a couple of days past the 72 hours to reach it's ideal comfort. supposed to be but it became a great topper and didn't take too terribly long. It was definitely worth waiting for for. It was comfortable enough to use after the 72 hours. I definitely recommend this mattress. It lets me sleep comfortably cool with a light blanket. It's wonderful to not wake up several times a night in a sweat. A Great Buy! Thank you Sleep Max!

It is too firm. I wake up now more tired than I was when I went to sleep the night before. My body hurts all over

This was a bit larger than the full-sized mattress we had. So, it hung over the edges a bit. Also, I chose the 4-inch topper, but I didn't realize how high the bed would be. It was firm, but I thought it was comfortable enough (as long as I didn't mind the mountain of a bed in our room). My husband, on the other hand, didn't like it. He said it was too firm. So, we decided to return it. Here's where the big problem comes in. It comes to you vacuum packed and shrunk down and flattened enough to fit into a small box. We tried everything we could think of to get it that way again, but it wouldn't. Then we couldn't find a box big enough to fit it in to return it. I contacted Amazon about what to do, they had the manufacturer contact me. The manufacturer said essentially, we didn't ship it to you, so we can't help you. I could not find a number to contact Amazon. We were on our own. We paid over $150 for this thing. We finally were able to stuff it into a very large box and bring it to UPS to return it. Maybe if we got one of those air-tight bags that you can vacuum to get it down to size again, it might have been easier. But this was a real pain to deal with. I wish the manufacturer or even Amazon could have offered some advice on how to ship it back. So, this is just a warning. Careful of the size. And know that you will not be able to fit it back in the box it came in in order to return it. The only way I might recommend this topper is as a replacement mattress for a camper. I think it might be firm and thick enough to be a stand-alone mattress.
