Nice assortment of items, I especially wanted to point out how much the girls (ages 6 and 7) LOVED the cat balloons. We filled them with air and a month later they are still holding up. 4 lucky girls took a cat balloon home the were so played with and prized at the party. The cupcake picks have to be assembled but came with the glue dots and sticks. The colors were very subdued (they could have been a little brighter in my opinion) but overall we loved this decoration pack and everything was quality.

Half of the cat balloons that came with this wouldn’t float, and they were very difficult to inflate. It’s a very cute set, though, and my daughter especially loved the banner.

These decorations are cute and you get a good amount of balloons as well as the banners. We had no issues with tearing or defective items so we were happy with our purchase. The walking cat balloons are fun and my kids loved them.

My mother loves cats so we threw her a cat themed bday and this decor was absolutely puuurrrfect!! It’s low cost and looks great !

Package A was missing the 4 walking balloons, 7 colored balloon, 4 foil balloons. Certainly not worth the price with all of the above pieces missing

Fabulous Value! I can't believe how much stuff you get for the money! It has everything you need for a purrfect party! (Including a needle to thread the included ribbons for the smaller sign and a sturdy straw to blow up the cat balloons!!!) The Happy birthday banner was pre strung which was amazing!!! Delighted with this purchase! Highly recommended!!
