It's wonderful and even other tenants are liking it.

It heats the food very well, it feels like it was just cooked and the material is of good quality.

Amazing, it worked great i didn't have to go all the way to the lunch room, I connected it while I was working before you know it my meal was hot. The size was perfect.

So, I got this the day before yesterday and decided to finally use it last night. Pulled it out of its packaging and it's little foil baggie. I then went to pop open the 4 tabs that secure the lid on, and the very first one broke off. Not a promising start whatsoever. But I really wanted to try this so I went ahead and loaded manwich in it and headed off to work.So yeah, it does take about an hour to fully warm up food (I stirred it around occasionally as well) to a suitable temperature to eat. The little fork and spoon (stainless steel it looks like) were a nice addition as well as the compartment they're stored in. The gasket used is simple rubber, and isn't removable. It's also flimsy so scrub under it when you clean it. The steam pop-up thingy is pointless for me, but useful if you put soup in it. Will it hold soup and not slosh out thru the gasket? I'm not going to find out. As far as I can tell it has a side heating element under the metal plate. The bowl itself is rather sturdy, and is also the same metal as the silverware.It does come with 2 very short charging options. Both wall plug as power outlet adapter are about 3ft give or take. There was a bit of effort plugging in the outlet adapter in, but that's probably due to newness. The plug is shielded also by a plastic flap, kinda flimsy, certainly not weatherproof.I didn't use the separate compartment because well... manwich 😁

This is my second attempt at getting this lunchbox the first one came to me defective and the second one I thought was good but today almost caused an electrical fire and shock me in the process. I am very disappointed in this product.

I purchase this for my husband and had high expectations for it because the reviews were good. It works well the only problem I have with it is that is takes about 30 min to heat up the food and it’s a long wait time. If the wait was less time this product would be perfect.The space is really good, holds a lot of food and the bag that it brings has enough space to fit 2 bottles of water. For the price I believe it’s a really good quality , the material is plastic but if you don’t mind that you will like this electric lunch box it’s very convenient.

I used this for the first time to heat up leftovers. I had some fries and chicken fingers. The fries turned out crispy and so did the chicken tenders. It was better than heating them up n the microwave, which when I have heated up day old fries in the microwave before, they always seemed to be soggy, but I did it in this and I was surprised they were not. I will have to try other stuff to test other food out. I like the color and it came with a bag, a cord for my car and for my home. It also came with a insulated bag as well. Fork and spoon were also included. So far so good.
