My cat has loved to play with water and she’s always been a good water drinker, so I thought I’d try this water fountain. She loves it and she can play with the water and drink it when she’s done playing. So simple to put together and very sturdy. It comes with a splash mat but it doesn’t really splash out of the fountain. It makes no noise at all and I like that my cat is getting fresh, moving water rather than stagnant water in a bowl. Simple to clean as well and it came with the splash mat, cleaning kit, and extra filters. If you’re looking for a good quality water fountain, this one is it.

I have had this water fountain for sometime, I like it AND my cats like it. I have used several fountains over the years and this is by far the easiest to clean & put back together Runs well and quietly, big plus. Getting the water fountain, top & spout to line up works every time by following the inlaid pattern in the bowl. Stainless steel is easy to clean, better by hand than dishwasher. The pump and the disconnect to the wall plug-in is designed well, for easy disconnect and minimal threading of cord. I like the minimal amount of plastic used in the design(only for filter holder and parts of the pump). The spout is silicone. I recently emailed customer service with an issue. They responded quickly, helped me with parts and fountain is running smoothly. Excellent assistance. I have one cat who needed to drink more water for health reasons. Many cats, in particular males need to drink more water, helps to prevent FLUTD. My cat it helped with hypercalcemia & constipation. Thank you ORSDA!

This fountain is easy to clean and love the stainless steel. I like the simplicity of the unit, but had to take off a star. Within a month or so, the water was not coming out of the spout at full volume despite weekly cleanings and filter changes. The water would have to be at the 'max' fill line or it would be louder than it should be when running. Customer service was great and sent me a replacement pump and extra filters quickly. It worked well for a couple of weeks, but then the same issues were happening again. Customer service reached out via email and ended up sending a replacement fountain altogether. So far it has been working much better so here's to hoping we have no more issues.

This product runs much quieter than other fountains I've purchased. I love how there are attachments that allow for the water flow to come out the way your pet prefers - a stream or a bubble. My cat prefers the bubble, he wouldn't touch it with the stream; and there's no way of knowing that until you purchase. The filter replacements are a great price as well; you get more in a replacement pack than other brands. They also send more replacements with your purchase than other brands! My favorite feature is how the cord for the pump can disconnect from the cord that plugs into the power source. It makes cleaning much easier! Speaking of, the pump is so easy to take apart. With my last fountain I would literally have to pry the cover off with a fork. They also send a set of cleaning brushes to get into all the little nooks and crannies. The silicone mat they send is also really handy, because I always manage to spill some water when I move the fountain. Lastly, I love how the silicone nozzle has a tab on it for easy removal; it also helps to remove the top for refilling.I'm also impressed by their customer service! I had a mishap in which the power cord (not the cord attached to the pump) was caught in my vacuum, destroying the cord. I messaged customer service to inquire about purchasing a replacement cord. They replied almost instantly and sent me one free of charge! They also included a full set of replacement filters and sponges! I am very pleased. If you're looking for a great product & great customer service for when things go wrong, this is definitely the fountain to buy!

First off, I would like to say great customer service for any questions , concerns, or replacement parts! This fountain is easy to assemble,clean, and its quite. Love the stainless steel and that it's not plastic. The height is purrfect for my teacup pups and cats. The fountain comes with some accessories. A cleaning brush(s), mat, filter, and pump. It's the best choice all around. I would recommend this product to all pet lovers. 🩵🐈🐕🩵

In the past, after having paid big money for other filtered pet fountains, wired or battery operated, I was poised to give up. Then came the ORSDA 2L pet fountain! I am so delighted with this watering bowl, as are my 3 cats, that I can't give it enough stars.It arrived quickly, was packaged efficiently, and came with very useful and understandable instructions. Inside, too, were extra filters, an extra spout, a non-slip silicone pad to keep the floor dry, and cleaning brushes. The box even has some instructions on it so I am keeping it with the filters, cleaning brushes, and instructions inside. Very cool.The fountain/bowl goes together easily without tools or trips to the DIY store. The large capacity (60 oz.) bowl is compact and easy to fill. In the past, the water pumps on previous bowls made audible noise. I think that disturbed one of my cats because he always tried to deconstruct the fountain, perhaps to silence the pump. This is not the case with my ORSDA!I washed it, put it together, filled it, and it was an instant hit with the cats. This bowl is plugged in and runs constantly, but it is silent. The pad keeps the floor dry and eliminates any humming or rocking that may occur. It is absolutely magical from my standpoint.Note that this bowl comes with an 18 month warranty and an easy to reach seller. Our cat loves this fountain. Before, he would only drink from his water tray a few times a day, but now we can be confident that he will drink enough water everyday.

It's super easy to take apart to clean. Makes little to no noise and both my cat and dog enjoy drinking out of it.
