All in all, I like this curtain.It provides me with the privacy I need in the mornings if my neighbor is in their back yard while I'm in my tiny kitchen.If you're looking for a curtain to block light, I would look for an alternative.I purchased the gray shade as it went with my kitchen and light still gets through. If you're more concerned over privacy, I would say go for it.As many others have stated, I recommend ironing this curtain as it does come out from the packaging rather wrinkled.The only thing I didn't really like about it (and that's why I'm giving this item 4 stars) is that when the curtain is down, the straps that are behind the curtain can be seen.I fixed this issue by adding 2 more adhesive velcro pads at the back of the curtain. As the 2 straps already have velcro pads on them (that connect to the other 2 velcro pads behind the fold) to hold the curtain up - you can now also attach the straps to the newly adhered velcro patches at the back to hide them when the curtain is down. The extra fabric due to the fold hides the straps being tucked up behind the curtain!I am also going to be purchasing a dowl to slide through the lip of the fabric at the bottom to more effeciently fold up the curtain when I want it to be open.I'd buy this item again, making the same modifications as I stated above to make it look nicer.All in all, a nice looking, relatively cheap way to gain some privacy.

I bought these for our newly finished basement bedroom which has French doors.The curtains are light weight and do not require curtain rods which is nice to not have to put holes in new doors! They install via a hook and loop system (aka Velcro) and attach to the surface with sticky tape.One of the sticky tape pieces has a problem in that the adhesive rolled up and detached from the door (not sure how to describe this) and as such the curtain fell just about a month ofter installing. To fix, I'll need to get a new strip of the hook and loop stuff. The product support requires a phone call to an 8XX number which just goes immediately into voicemail - I'm hoping someone from the product support team monitors these reviews and will assist. If not, I'll return as damaged and order a new curtain.I do recommend the curtains - in our case just enough light comes through the doors so one doesn't feel trapped in the room, yet they provide absolute privacy.

I was expecting more darkening than what it is. I would have said 60-70% but it might be that my window was 26" and therefore letting more light in, however, I can see what is going on outside through the material. This just attaches with tape to the frame and Velcro on the material so you can take it off and wash. If you want to have it looking like the shortened picture you'll have to spend some time folding it in nice even pleats. I was thinking there were ties or pulling strings somewhat like roman shades but there is just a thick strap with Velcro to hold them up. If they were longer and had a tie it would have been better to position it in multiple heights but I guess you get what you pay for. I needed a shorter length so I mad a big hem thinking it would darken the room better but it pulled in at the sides because of the weight so I just cut it to length.

Very happy with one of the curtains I ordered, had to have the second one replaced because after hanging it up we discovered there was over a one inch hole in it at the top, didn't notice until sunlight was shining through it. These curtains are not double lined or thermal they do block a good deal of light and they are solid so no one can see in. I enjoy that I don't have to have them mounted at the bottom as my son likes to pull them up so he can look outside himself. They attach easily all you do is pull off one side of the hook and loop tape, attach it to the door and then push the curtain into it. Makes for easy removal and washing always a plus in my book. The color matches very closely to Eclipse Braxton Brown except for the shine they look almost identical from one side of the room to the other, you see a slight difference when they are next to one another. The loops that hold them up hang facing the outside part of the window and there is close to a 6 inch over hand at the top hiding the hook and loop tape that you use when pulling the curtains up. As I said I'm very happy with this purchase and will be even happier when my replacement gets here to take care of the hole that's driving me nuts!

This curtain was so easy to put up, just had to stick up the included Velcro strip and attach the curtain's Velcro backing. It took me less than two minutes. It also seems like heavy duty Velcro that will stay securely attached. The color of the curtain is as described.The material is relatively thin. I wanted this for privacy and it will certainly do the trick for that, but it will not block out all light or heat.I was a little disappointed when I tied it up. I could not get it to look as tailored and neat as it does in the advertised pictures. There are also no strings so you either have to roll it up yourself or spend a few minutes doing an accordion fold.The straps that hold it in place when up are not as long as I hoped, and also not adjustable so the curtain either has to be all the way down or all the way up, which is less than 12 inches from the top of my door.The pictures I've included are how it looks up straight out of the packaging. The curtain definitely needs a good ironing and heavy starching.

Aunque la calidad en relación al costo es buena, su principal función que es mantenerse pegada a la superficie y estar colgada la cortina, NO FUNCIONO no duro ni tres semanas colgada cuando el pegamento que tiene se seco y simplemente se cayó.

La cortina tuvo la medida perfecta, para mí puerta, viene con un adesivo, ya no es necesario algún otro aditamento, cuando está desplegada impide el paso de luz, el material es de buena calidad satinado.

Very nice material however keep coming unstuck and corners fall for the price shouldn't have to buy double sided tape to keep them up
