Animal Dermatology ADL Foaming Ear Cleanser - 8 oz

This works very well for my dog every six months we do an air cleaning no complaints.

Great ear cleaner and my favorite. I have used many others and they were not worth the money. This ear cleaner is really great. My dog has ear issues from time to time and this is the only one I have found to be helpful. So even if your dog doesnt have issues and you just want a great ear cleaner, this is the one I would spend my money on. I would also recommend you use the ear flushing drying lotion, made by ADL. They really work well together! When I went to my vet, I realized this is the same product they use in their office, so you know it has got to work!

I rarely use this, the flushing drying lotion is a must have though!!

I have a large dog who has floppy ears. They are a breading ground for junk because they are floppy and get no air flow. We have tried zymox, epi otic, natural cleaners with aloe and hemp oils, apple cider vinegar washes, mal otic ear ointments and nothing really seemed to help with the infection, cleaning, or to keep ear crud at bay. We tried a holistic vet and he recommended this ear wash. Here is how this is different: this is a foaming wash. When you squirt it in the ear and start massaging the ear it creates a foam that gets deep down in the ear canal to flush out all the ear funk. I LOVE THIS STUFF. One wash with this and I could not believe the gunk I was getting out of my dog's ears. Bonus: it did not seem to burn or sting his ears like other treatments. And better yet: leaves the ears dry and smelling good. I use this with a Biogroom ear powder and we haven't had infections in about a year. It's worth the money.

NOTE!!! You will need both this AND the Flushing Drying Lotion for the two-step process. This is the best ear cleaning method I have ever used, and my former and current vets both agree with me. I used it starting with my Great Dane over 15 years ago. She had chronic ear problems and this was the best way to get and keep her free of them both during and after the initial infection cleared up. After my Dane left us for greener pastures… I had such great luck with it on her that I've used it on my Bluetick Coonhound ever since I got her, and she does not get ear infections, ever, and I think this stuff is why. WELL worth the money. And so glad I can get it on Amazon now!! It is a bit of a mess to use, however, as they tend to shake after each application, and that is a total of 4 shakes. My Dane was an absolute angel smarty-pants, and she would hold off on shaking until I told her to, that way I could get a towel over her head beforehand. What I smart dog, I miss her so much *sniff* …but the Coonhound, OY VEY, don't get me wrong, I love her, but she is out of control with her willful nature. It's true what they say, all kids are different!! So, either way, well-behaved doggie or not, the best method is to use this the same time you bathe your doggie - that way, the wet, messy, wall-decorating shakes can be dealt with. :)

My goldie has long, droopy ears that are prone to build-up. We've used many types of ear-cleaning products over the years, and this is the best. It doesn't "foam" the way you'd think, but it does help clear the ears. My dog is always grateful AFTER we've used it... ADL Foaming Ear Cleanser is a good buy!
