Chips sent 💯 crushed in envelope & no refund allowed
Delicious chips but I had to eat them with a spoon 😑. They send the bag of chips in a flimsy envelope and they arrived completely crushed. Turns out this item was non-refundable so I got with customer service who also couldn’t do anything for me. Was just a disappointing all around because I do love the taste of these, I just thought it was poor customer service. Christie’s: can you remedy this? I love the products, but that wasn’t cool to ship a bag of chips across country in an envelope
