Requires some modification
To keep it from falling off, I had to stick velcro strips on either side of the arm and velcro strips on the flaps to keep it in place. Works fine that way.After 3-4 months the sides squashed down so flat that stuff fell off the sides into the chair or onto the floor. I built a light wooden frame that fit inside the tray and pressed the sides outward. I put 4 small screws in the sides and the tray works quite well.Could have been made better, but I made it work.
